FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What software do you use to make your work? I mainly use Adobe Photoshop.
Are your commissions open? Please check my Twitter or the front page of this Carrd.
Your commissions are closed, when are they going to open again? I will post on Twitter or update this Carrd if I have commission slots open!
Can I reserve a slot for your commissions? Yes! Feel free to DM me for a slot reservation. However, slots work as a first-come-first-serve basis, so I may take some time before reaching out to you.
What payment options do you accept? I only accept payments through PayPal. I may send you a direct link or provide an invoice.
I'm interested in a commission! Where do I start? Please DM me through Twitter or Discord first, and then you may fill out the commission form found in the Commissions page.
Something looks off in my commission, can you revise it? Yes! Revisions are completely free, as long as it is not anything major. Any feedback and suggestions you make during the commission process is greatly appreciated and will help me create your desired output with more quality.
Where will you send my finished commission? I will DM/email you a link to a Google Drive folder with all of your files. You have 7 days to save your commission, and then I will delete the files.
I want to commission something that isn't listed anywhere. Please DM me so we can talk about it!

By commissioning me, you agree to the terms of service below.

- GENERAL TERMS -

I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
I reserve rights to publish your finished commission on social media. You must specify if you want your commission to be private instead, and whether or not I can post it at a later date.

- PAYMENT -

All listed prices are in USD ($).
All commissions are non-refundable. If the client cancels the order, they will not get a refund and I retain the rights to complete the commission and redistribute it elsewhere.
I only accept payments through PayPal. You have the choice of paying in full or half of the commission price. I will only start once you have done either of these payments.
You may request for a rush fee (100% of the commission price) before I start on your commission.
I will only accept payment if I am ready to start your commission.

- PROCESS -

Depending on my availability and health, I may either work on your commission slowly or quickly.
I work best with a deadline. Unless you are not in a rush, not specifying a deadline may result in a maximum turnaround time of 1-2 months. Alternatively, a turnaround time of 2-4 days will warrant a rush fee of 100% of the commission price.

Once I am ready to accept your commission, you may answer the form found at the bottom of the the Commissions page.
I will get back to you within 24 hours and proceed with the payment. If I do not get back to you within 24 hours, you may send a follow-up DM.
The time it will take for your commission to be done will heavily depend on your spot in the waitlist.
You may request a WIP/update in any part of the commission process. However, I will work on my own pace. Please do not rush me.
You may request for as many revisions as you like until their desired output is fulfilled.
The finished commission will be in a Google Drive folder, that will be sent to your DM or email.

- USAGE AND RIGHTS -

You are not allowed to claim, edit, copy, or heavily reference any commission I have made without permission.
You are allowed to make minor edits to your own finished commission. Examples of minor logo edits include no stroke edits, no drop shadow edits, and silhouette edits.
You are allowed to use any element or design used in your commission for other assets.
You may use the finished commission for personal as well as commercial purposes.
If you are to repost or use the commission anywhere, credit to my social links is required.
